The Christmasholidays that begin in our country (Puerto Rico) a short time before thanksgiving and they culminate with the Three Kings Day, is a time in which the most of the people, childrens and adults they feel, desirous to share what have, they participate in partys and family meetings, to buy and to receive gifts. On the other hand a part of the population experiences feelings of: solitude, anxiety, deep sadness or depression and anguish.
One of my patients, Pretty counted does me some days that each time that itself about the Christmas period experiences feelings of suffering and extreme sadness. Symptoms as them described previously can be sign of a Stationary Depression (Holiday Blues). • It Try to consume little alcoholic beverages- although we know that the face, the draining and other liquors are typical of this Christmas epoch, recall that the alcohol depresses the central sinewy system and the consumption excessively can cause us to feel depressed.
Recall the true spirit of the Christmas, which begins with the thanksgiving day, (time to thank to God and to the life by the things achieved, but also by those negative things that occurred us during the year since without any doubt something we have learned of them). Good night, (date in it we recall historically the birth of the Boy Jesus that represents a time to give love). The celebration of New Year, is the culmination of a cycle of life and the beginning of a new year, with other projects, with new vigor, forgetting the past and living the Today that is a gift of the tomorrow.

Never forget that our attitude is important in the interpretation of what happen us. The happiness does not depend on the events, but, of the form in which we see it.
